Qualification Overview

The Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate in Fashion & Photographic Make-up (RQF) is aimed at those learners wishing to gain the skills and knowledge required to perform fashion and photographic make-up treatments. Learners will develop the understanding needed to perform fashion and photographic make-up treatments for clients via employment or self-employment in the beauty therapy industry.

Qualification Structure

Learners must achieve the following 4 mandatory units totalling 18 credits.

Learner Entry Requirements

Learners should be competent in literacy and numeracy to help with elements of communication. This is at the discretion of the centre as they may decide to use diagnostic testing methods to ascertain how they can support learners.

Learners wishing to progress from this qualification can undertake the following qualifications:

• Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma In Managing A Salon Business (RQF)

• Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma In Combined Nail Technology Skills (RQF)

Age Ranges

Learners should be a minimum of 16 years old to undertake this qualification.
