The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care (RQF) aims to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and the duty of care while upholding the dignity of venerable adults within the health and social care sector.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care (RQF) is aimed at those learners who work, or wish to work, in in the health and social care sector.

 

 

Qualification Structure

To successfully achieve this qualification, learners must complete 4 mandatory units achieving a total of 16 credits.

Progression Routes

Upon successful completion learners may progress to:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF)
  • Level 3 Diploma in in Adult Care (RQF)
  • Level 2 Certificate for Working in the Health Sector
  • Level 3 Certificate for Working in the Health Sector

 

 

Age Ranges

Entry is at the discretion of the centre; however, learners should be at least 16 years ols to undertake this qualification.
