You can control their access with the permissions system. Creating staff accounts will have its advantages; you will be able to trace every registration and certification back to the particular staff member.
All you need to do is, log into the master account, click on my centre profile, followed by manage staff and add staff member. Once you have filled out the details and submitted, your dedicated centre support assistant will then approve the staff member.
