Over the year, we have been working to give you a more eye-pleasing Qualitas. You may have noticed the new look has been live for a while but, we have still been working on this and will continue to do so.
As you will already know, invoices for learner registrations are emailed to centres by their dedicated centre support assistant. Our technology team and finance department have been working around the clock to bring you a new finance system.
When you register any learners within a 60 minute time frame you will receive a system generated invoice, this will still arrive by email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you continue to register learners you will receive a separate invoice for payment of these registrations.
When you log into qualitas you will see a new icon on the left side of your screen. When you click here, you will be able to access the invoices you have paid and the ones which are outstanding.
Please be aware that the payment terms have not changed. This is still on receipt. You will receive a number of reminders before restrictions are automatically applied to your account.
